History was made on Thursday February 6 at 7pm as Balderton Methodist Church took it's first steps into live video on Facebook. The live video known as BMC 7 4 10 now has a regular weekly slot of Thursday at 7pm and will last 10 minutes.
Our Minister, Peter Bates led the 10-minute ministry and talked to us about the Good News for all people. The Bible text used began at Luke 2 verse 8.The live video went off without a hitch and Peter's message was put across very well. So far there have been 120 views – not a bad start!!
Next week our message will come from Steve Sutton – a trainee Minister who is working with us until Easter. Peter will give a message once a month and members of our congregation will cover the intervening weeks.
