This week's TOGETHER is now available and takes us to week 3 of the ABLAZE in the spirit series. (Previous editions are available on the Circuit Website as well as previous services on the Circuit YouTube Channel – https://www.youtube.com/NewarkSouthwellMethodistCircuit This week we consider the challenge of the Holy Spirit which was a challenging message to write. We find ourselves at a change point in the life of the church but God is with us and his abiding presence in the Holy Spirit will guide us if we are willing to follow!
It is also Christian Aid week this week and the front page article is written by Andrew Ayres with details of the Christian Aid service led by Charles Street last week and still available to watch back on their YouTube Channel (the link is in the newsletter).
For those of you who are keen to get back to face to face worship and feel safe enough to return it is worth looking into Bubble Church and checking the Circuit Website for face to face opportunities. Many of our churches now have open buildings though not necessarily weekly so it's worth checking out when those opportunities. If you're not sure where to find out, do please get in touch! You may also need to book in at present rather than just turning up as it's important to still manage the numbers carefully and remain COVID-safe.
